Pressure can be healthy when it motivates us to get things done in the workplace. Some people find that pressure adds incentive to complete projects on time, which can be beneficial to the performance of the team. However, when pressures are not prioritized or balanced, things can get out of control quite easily.
This course will help participants understand how to identify their own sources of pressure at work and where they come from. In addition, participants will learn effective methods for balancing these pressures so they remain under control and within reach.
