Project Management (Level 2)

This Project Management – Level 2 course is intended for those who understand the fundamental concepts of planning a professional endeavour as learned in Project Management – Level 1 (See here: https://academy.civicexcellence.com/courses/project-management-level-1/).

This intermediate-level course will analyze the levels of project management at each stage and provide tips on how to navigate both the individual and collective workload with greater preparation and confidence.
